Hello guys I would like to debunk idea about Rinnegan Obito being almost as fast as BM Naruto... which is stupid just from get go. This thread will also allow me explain difference between reaction time and foot speed and that reaction time is MORE IMPORTANT AND KEY FACTOR in compare to foot speed. Let's begin
Naruto in Nine tails chakra mode had even greater foot speed then Third Raikage... but yet he couldn't not hit him without traps and combinations... He lacked very important and essential supperior Reaction time...
However:
^^ However He was able to beat Third Raikage in Senin mode and we clearly know that
Nine tails chakra mode's foot speed > Third Raikage's foot speed > SM's foot speed
but SM's reaction time > Third Raikage's reaction time > Nine tails chakra mode's reaction time.
Exactly Supperior Reaction time played essential role in Sennin mode Naruto hitting Third Raikage... even although Raikage had much faster foot speed then he simply still could not attack/react in time to land his attack.
Proof: Reaction Time > Foot speed
Now, let's take a look at Naruto vs Obito battle:
^^ KCM Naruto had supperior foot speed but yet he could not land his blow on Obito while Obito was easily handling and dealing with him. One attack by one failed against Obito...
^^ Even although Naruto's speed in Bijuu mode was much more supperior it still was not enough to land blow on Obito... who was still keeping up just fine... Because lack of supperior reaction time..
Kamui + Supperior reaction time was perfect combination to deal with Naruto... and Obito know it well.
^^ Same things happened here. Obito due to supperior reaction time activated Kamui in time to let Raikage pass through him. Even although Raikage has much supperior foot speed, he still failed to land his blow on Obito... because he lacked supperior reaction time.
^^ I proved already that Sage mode gives user supperior reaction time...
and we know that BM gives Naruto flash foot speed.
Now if you combine two modes then Naruto is finally able to avoid anything MS Obito/Rinnegan Obito uses on him along with kamui but MS Obito/Rinnegan Obito alone can not land blow on Naruto as Naruto can sense him and react before Obito will react then use his flesh speed to get away of Kamui range to counterattack just moment later and finish Obito before he can activate Kamui.
The Only Problem could be that Obito has also sharingan which gives him precognition ability, so he can predict Naruto's moves which combined with his great reaction time and mastery use of Kamui would be very hard to bypass...
Minato even further prove this with this panel:
Even although Minato has great speed much supperior to Obito via FTG(Space time Ninjutsu, I know this is technically not speed but let's say it is mean to move fast), he would be done if not for his supperior reaction time...
Only thanks to his reaction time he was able to use FTG in time to get out of Obito's wrapping ability of Kamui.

Summary:
- To beat Obito's Kamui you need:
- Supperior reaction time which is > Obito's reaction time + Kamui's time activation
- foot speed which is > Obito's foot speed
- Technique which can damage him or even finish him.
[*] BSM Naruto could win against MS/Rinnegan Obito, BM and SM would loose seperately
[*] Reaction time is much more important and deciding factor then Foot speed
