Obito could not use all the power of Rinnegan as Nagato, because stupidly does not have the amount of chakra like Naruto / Nagato / Kisame. It was already clear when he said he would die if ONE resurrect Madara and Nagato whole Konoha back to life after the fight and it's no less epic than it was in Obito, while it still had a farewell gesture for Naruto. Kakashi said that Obito can not use all the techniques of rinnegan it is very difficult, it is just a few days obito have Rinnegan and did not really know how to use it, in theory and in practice, in part.From the arsenal of Rinegan obito used (shown he can use) only:
