it seems I need to make this thread because the members of the base lack interpretation skills (he may have said something else in the viz but for for now lets just assume he said cool). he called obito cool because he understood him. ofcourse he didn't like what he did to his parents or his friends but he had already forgiven him when he tnj him.
naruto KNOWS that obito is just like him he did not like his past but what he became and could have been. remember when they were fighting juubito and everyones feelings were connected? he saw what obito thought and he knew obito would have been a great person if he wasn't evil.. an important person in narutos life almost like an uncle. THATS what naruto meant by obito is cool.
