I dont like Hinata.
Sasuke is impotent or gay?
Ino is sexy, but is not Naruto's type.
Sakura is hot and strong. Naruto loves her. They are the perfect couple.

If he has to end up with a girl, I like him to end up with Hinata - at least she loved him from the beginning and because of who he is; she loved him when he was still weak and rather stupid.
Sakura doesn't deserve him - she lied about her confession and only sees him now, now that he became stronger and her first crush is out of the village. Plus I really don't like her character at all.

Naruto is an idiot... Thats why Sakura hits him all the time xD The problem is with Naruto, not with Sakura.
She hits Naruto even when he is making jokes with other people and his friends like with Konohamaru, and that does not warrant a bone crushing punch and public insult, she hits him to prove that she is superior to him and keeping him in line, i say who the heck gave her right to control Naruto's daily life or how he should live?.

Kishimoto gave Hinata a compelling reason to be in love with Naruto. Sakura on the other hand lacks a compelling reason for why she is so infatuated with Sasuke, that she's willing to overlook his attempts to kill her. So I believe Hinata is a better written and more relatable character.
I would think there are two reason why people support NarutoxSakura. One it would in the eyes of many make Sakura a more relatable character if she dropped Sasuke and fell in love with Naruto. But most importantly I think it's because Naruto is in love with Sakura and hasn't shown the same affection for Hinata. So people think at the end of the story after Naruto has done so much for the world, he deserves to be with the girl he truly loves, rather than being rejected and ending up with Hinata as his secondary choice.

There is so much information that can back up both theories. I personally am hoping for NarutoXHinata.. And I feel Naruto has grown up, I mean he knew Sakura was lying when she said she loved him. He just has an innocent crush on her, that is't going anywhere. He'll REALLY notice Hinata eventually <3
