On how mid and low level Arrancars just trashed some stern Ritter took out 2 vizards captains and yet some of them lost to mid level people ?

I do know stern ritters main weakness is hollows attacking them like kisuke said but still

And don't get me started on how Charlotte cool horn got wrecked by yumichika yet yumichika gets wrecked by a stern Ritter and cool horn is doing a better Job then him ?

And gods sake man where the hell is Grimmjow!

I...don't know :| Kubo has to explain this honestly. I can't accept the fact that these lame Arrancars are capable of going head to head with sternritters. I guess it has something to do with them being revived. They probably got a power boost or something and also if the Arrancars are capable of this, how come the Kensei and Rose didn't use their hollow powers on these fools and take them out? Instead they got killed off screen and are now zombies Kubo looking for them quick kills and he got em'.

They were most likely subject to experiments before combat against the Sternritter. And knowing Kurotsuchi, it is incredibly likely that is the case. As for Grimmjow, if these Arrancar can take out Sternritter of that level, then Grimmjow would most likely be able to fight on equal footing against Sternritter such as Bazz-B, As Nodt and possibly Jugram.

There's your answer. Hollow powers are super effective against Quincies. Besides, Giselle said that zombies are stronger if they were converted while alive, so Bambietta, Kensei and Rose were all weaker.
