Explain to me why Hawkeyes is better then Kuma

No. Cause Kuma Never Displayed being slow
If you look at the fight between Zoro and Hawkeyes. When Hawkeyes ran to Zoro. That looked more of his speed. Kuma ALWAYS showed being fast. Hawkeyes also with his sword weaving but Kuma is not exaggerated

Hawk-eye can probably cut through kuma's body with low difficulty if he attacked him with full power. Kuma is definitely faster than Hawk-eye. The Kuma in the war showed this while he was fighting Ivankov. He went right past them in a blink of an eye and before, it showed luffy using gear 2 and evading mihawk and he looked surprised and looked as though he didn't know where luffy went. So, in terms of speed, Kuma is faster, imo and it's a one touch win for kuma if he manages to touch mihawk. Only think I am wondering is.. whether or not the pads on kuma's hands are strong enough to withstand the world's strongest's swordsman's slash? This, I think, is what we need to know in order to compare them and see who is stronger.

zoro only cut kuma because his back was turned and he was focusing on luffy. in that same situation, zoro could possibly have cut mihawk too.
anyway, my guess is that kuma is slightly faster, he can teleport after all. and he can deflect attacks with his paw paw fruit, i don't see why he can't deflect mihawk's attacks. so it's not unreasonable to assume that kuma could fight him equally.
and anyway, mihawk=shanks>kuma is a very baseless assumption, seeing as we know absolutley nothing about shanks except that he's a haki user.

true true, but we have no idea exactly what he's capable of.
what i'm saying is, zoro landing a hit on kuma with his back turned is no indication of his power. shanks lost an arm to a sea king, which luffy beat up when he first left the port, it doesn't mean anything because they weren't fighting.
anyway, personally i think kuma's teleporting and deflecting abilities can enable him to fight equally with most top pirates and navy. i don't see why he can't do well vs mihawk. unless at a certain level of attack he can't deflect it that is.
