Nope sorry, What you just posted is just a mere assumption based on the fact that madara thought BZ won't betray him, The limbo shadows were so close to madara and they guarded him from all sides, BZ had no reason to get that close to a person who thought of himself as a god, The clones should've notices him coming that close(close enough to stabb him) and tbh even with the limbo madara should've sensed his killing intent once he came close but no they decided to pass it of with a stupid plot...And yeah, I think I paid enough "attention" to the manga for me to not use mere assumptions to defend Kishi's bad writing..........Well, Madara considered Black Zetsu a part of him, i.e; his will, so Madara was not on guard at all. He perhaps might have thought that Black Zetsu would defend him against attacks from the back. It's kinda like how characters are off guard with thier Shadow Clones.
Black Zetsu was in very close proximity to Madara and when Black Zetsu stabbed Madara, he gave a very shocked expression showing that he had clearly not expected it.
There is no "Plot No Jutsu" applied here, you just need to pay more attention to the panels to figure it out.
......
This panel already showed that madara noticed that the zetsus aka his will were acting disrespectfully, so that alone should negate the possibility of madara thinking of zetsu as a "friend"
