Well, Madara considered Black Zetsu a part of him, i.e; his will, so Madara was not on guard at all. He perhaps might have thought that Black Zetsu would defend him against attacks from the back. It's kinda like how characters are off guard with thier Shadow Clones.

Black Zetsu was in very close proximity to Madara and when Black Zetsu stabbed Madara, he gave a very shocked expression showing that he had clearly not expected it.

There is no "Plot No Jutsu" applied here, you just need to pay more attention to the panels to figure it out.
Nope sorry, What you just posted is just a mere assumption based on the fact that madara thought BZ won't betray him, The limbo shadows were so close to madara and they guarded him from all sides, BZ had no reason to get that close to a person who thought of himself as a god, The clones should've notices him coming that close(close enough to stabb him) and tbh even with the limbo madara should've sensed his killing intent once he came close but no they decided to pass it of with a stupid plot...And yeah, I think I paid enough "attention" to the manga for me to not use mere assumptions to defend Kishi's bad writing..........

......

This panel already showed that madara noticed that the zetsus aka his will were acting disrespectfully, so that alone should negate the possibility of madara thinking of zetsu as a "friend"

If that didn't happen it be the end of the world Naruto and sasuke would have been dead .

It's all on plot to beat kaguya at that kaguys notice her but that drop speed was to close to react when she trying to dodge 2 others teleporting all over the place.

Well for the Madara getting stabbed thing, perhaps the limbo clones were all looking at team 7 rather than zetsu who was Madara's will and utterly loyal to him as far as he knew

I believe that there could only be three reasons that Kaguya did not dodge Sakura's attack.

The first reason is the simplest: she simply could not dodge. This may be due to her haste to go upwards (to escape Naruto and Sasuke) and Sakura's gravity assisted descent speed (it is not as if Sakura was simply suspended in the air and Kaguya flew up to her.)

The second reason is possibly because she did not consider Sakura a threat until it was too late. From the time Kaguya showed up she showed that she did not consider Sakura attention worthy. She walked right by her when she first fought Naruto and Sasuke on earth and did not even spare her a look. She also saw Sakura's unthreatening displays throughout the fight between dimensions (having to be saved by Kakashi from lava, then suddenly appearing with with Sasuke and Obito minus a vest and sleeve.) Kaguya simply viewed Sakura as the least threatening of all the ninja pit against her.

The last reason is a physical reason. Many people are using the byakugan as a reason to say that she should have noticed Sakura, and I argue that the byakugan is the reason that she did NOT notice Sakura. The byakugan is hailed as having near 360 degree vision, but this only applies to the horizontal plane, or simply put, whatever extent upwards one can see forward, they can see in near 360 degrees. Sakura came from directly above Kaguya, something that entirely negates the vision of the byakugan (it has never been shown that the byakugan can see EVERYTHING BESIDES that blindspot.) Because Sakura came from the tactical blindspot of Kaguya, by the time she was noticed, combined with Kaguya's ascending speed and Sakura's descending speed, it was too late.

What do you think?

Blind spot of the byakugan... Kaguya's head was tilted as she was jumping to avoid Naruto and Sasuke, placing Sakura behind her neck/ back of the head in the blind spot area above the thoracic vertebrae for byakugan.

The blind spot moves from her tilting head.

Kaguya noticed Sakura after jumping upwards into the air to avoid Sasuke and Naruto. She didn't have enough time to dodge Sakura's punch as she was already moving upwards. She did however, notice Sakura.
