Should these suggestions become a part of the role-play?

Two simple suggestions:
1. Forced Sempai~
There isn't a whole lot to say about that; it is as it is. I'm well aware that most Sensei's have their own Sempai, but I'd suggest making it a requirenment. Why, you ask? It's a simple question of supply and demand. The teachers can't keep up with the demand, so we need more teachers. It's not everyone that's qualified to become a Sensei, but that doesn't mean that we should lack teachers. Thus, more Sempais.

2. Elemental Shishous~
The Shishou/Master system was/is a golden spark, but it only goes as far as special elements and abilities. Honestly, with the amount of students who need training, the system needs to be expanded. The solution is simple; Elemental Shishous. Right then and there you have 5 people who can each take 4-5 students. That's 25 students who all masters an element, or five students who masters all five.

3. Yard.
Yard made an awesome training-guide thingy. I think it got removed due to some copyright-infringement, but it was a good guide, even without the videos.
I suggest getting it up again for obvious reasons.

Elaborations:

defiantly agree with the bolded part U_U
he spent countless hours working on that guide, but he's banned right now so that won't be finished anytime soon.

@bold
That's not gonna happen. You can't force people to train. Sensei and Senpai is a volunteer position.

@red
Well they made the one for special abilities like clan techs and kenjutsu but I feel that if they were gonna do it for elements they would have done it when they created the Shishous system.

@blue
I don't think a training guide is necessary. I mean everyone has their own way of training and for the most part people who want to train have their own idea on how they would do it.

You misunderstand, I'm not talking about forcing people to become Sempais, I'm talking about making it mandatory to have a Sempai. It means that a Sensei cannot refuse to take a Sempai. He(she are free to choose who, of course, but they cannot not choose.

@red bold
Well they made the one for special abilities like clan techs and kenjutsu but I feel that if they were gonna do it for elements they would have done it when they created the Shishous system. That system is only in effect for people who were chosen to train those abilities due to their own mastery in that field.
There are masters of the elements as well.
And I'm not talking about what could've been done, I'm talking about what 'they' didn't do and what could enable more people to be trained.
An Elemental Shishou would only be able to train people in a single element, but even that would be a great help.
You really sound like you want to keep the Shishou 'V.I.P'-ish, but that's not how it works. There's a great demand for elemental trainers and almost no demand for Inuzuka/Kaguya/Whatever trainers. The choice seems obvious to me.

Again, you misunderstand.
The training guide described the inner workings of all the techniques. It's a way for people who lack training to read about the techniques. Overall it lessens the burden on the role-play as it makes information available for everyone.

Elaborate on that then in the first post I thought you meant force people to train lol

Honestly this I don't care about. Plus there is no VIP thing to it. The mods can do as they wish :p

Well that is a horse of a different color. I thought you meant a guide to tell people how to teach.

More details on the first post perhaps to avoid misunderstandings especially for people who don't know what Yards guide even is or what it entails. xd
