When Sasuke said those who awaken the Mangekyo in both eye can achieve Susano'o, then why would Obito say Susano'o is rare? Then Sasuke said the third power is Susano'o, but he awaken Amaterasu & Susano'o before Kagutsuchi(assuming that is his second power).

Itachi has never been shown to extinguish those flames in the manga, for all we know from what we have seen, the Amaterasu that burned Sasuke may have just burned his Cursed Seal transformation aka his right wing, OR, the flames stopped when Sasuke susbstituted out of there.

Haha smh so because Sasuke a rookie with MS it took him a longer time to extinguish the flames, that means it's has to take everyone a long time? No, Itachi has had his Mangekyo for over 8 years. He knew he could extinguish the flames, Sasuke didn't know, Jugo even said let's go before we get engulf by the flames. Sasuke wanted to save Karin, so he figured out he could extinguish the flames it was his first time it took him longer nothing more.
