I've been recently developing a game with a friend called Ex Gaia, It's about a boy named Kyochi who gets a power called "Gaia", Gaia has extraordinary powers, the powers are yet to be decided, but we got most of it down.

If anyone is wondering, I am using a bunch of programs to develop this.

We have alot of characters, plot sequences and stuff alike that are to be announced, so stay tuned. ^^

Here's a quick demo video of the game:

(Sorry about the quality)

If you want to play the demo of the game for yourself, or wish to beta test future releases, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can get a spot for you. ^^

We plan to make 4-5 games depending on how much time we have.

Thanks. ^^

P.S. Please keep praising my NPC speech skills.

Gaia is a mythologic term.

Thats not the point, Gaia as a power is already trademarked for that purpose. But its not a console game so its alright, just letting you know.
Why dont you try to publish them for Sony of Microsoft as an indie developer?

I heard its going really well for those beginners.

Gaia is already a power in video games? ._.

I don't really plan on publishing it tbh, It's just a fan-made project. :)

If I can though, I might change the name of power, because nothing in a game can be final.

One of the major perks for this generation of console (PS4 AND XBOXONE) is that its so much easier to develop a game for it. Not to mention that Sony and Microsoft have opened their arms and welcomed indie developers. Its certainly something to think about if you are serious about it. Its not as hard as it was with ps3 and x360.

This game would never work on a PS4 or Xbox One, trust me. ._.

Why not? I'll ask you one more question and the rest is up to you.

Does it work on your computer?
Of course, The whole video that you saw was the game being ran on my computer.

The 8-bit RPG concept of that would be way to small for someone to play on a PS4 or Xbox One. A game like this would work better on the Nintendo DS or something portable. Something that you are able to put your eyes on closely, without not being able to see a far distance on something like a TV screen.

Then something like the VITA would be nice, considering its a house for indie games.
But keep us updated whenever you get the chance.
