So, I'm a huge fan of the original Evil Dead films (from the 80's) and i was excited but nervous about the remake. First off, it was a re-imagining which was good because it didn't alter the originals but it had the same concept and I must say - I was pleasantly surprised! It was awesome, I really enjoyed myself! If you're gonna go see it be prepared to cough up at times because it is gory as all hell. I loved it.

Go an enjoy yourselves people. I hate new age horror films and I miss the old school 80's slasher types. If I like a horror movie then trust me, it's a keeper.

man i thought this shit was gonna suck when i saw the original a few years back i could sleep for weeks, they didn't do bad i was expecting more but i mean it'll never be as good as the original i guess, anyways ***** for loving slasher flick originals
