The name of the tehnique doesnt matter. Manga has already explained how it works. Tsunade naturally has raw strenght. Sakura doesnt.

It's like what? Even their one and only source of saying tsunade has a measure of raw strength only attributes that raw strength to the feat of breaking a rock in her hand. Everything else CES

As far as i'm concerned Sakura makes up for it with her control. I'm confident she can be pretty good at lifting things as punching.

Sakura managed to pull better punching feat :T i'm sure she makes up more than enough for her 'lessed natural strength'

Sakura's strenght isnt enhanced by chakra though. She releases her chakra at her fists when she lands a hit, and that creates an explosion. it's basically a chakra explosion. SM actually enhances the user's actual physical strenght.

Depends on what method the person is using to punch through 4 or 5 walls. If it's pure physical strenght, then he should be able to lift 400 pounds easily.
However in Sakura's case, its like he has a brass knuckle that is filled with a powder than explodes on contact with the wall and breaks it down.

So in reality she and Sakura both use CES by cannon and Tsunade does not have any notable edge in natural strength cuz NOONE can tell when Tsunade is using her myth of raw strength or CES in the manga.
