Hope you don't mind a little exercise. Follow me to the training grounds and tell me all you know about wind release. Its uses, elemental strengths and weakness, and possible results when combined with other elements including Kekkei Genkai.

Ok Fuuton or Wind Release is is the manifestation of chakra into the form of moving air- le wind. I'm not sure how the users control the chakra in their bodies in order to use it though. Well Fuuton is used for many purposes: coating blades for increased cutting capacity, even creating blades of wind, fast movement, in some cases flight.
Now Fuuton is especially strong to lightning, not sure how that pencils out but I guess this victory comes at a molecular level and is weak to fire. Im guessing the fire gets stronger around it due to the oxygen it carries with it. I would also go out on a limb and say wind is most likely weak to Doton too, I can't imagine Fuuton doing an extensive damage to Doton..

Let me fill in the blanks. Fuuton jutsu are typically wind gusts, blades, or tornadoes exhaled from the mouth or produced outside the body. Some utilize giant fans or swords to execute certain jutsu. Also, fuuton and doton are neutral to each other. Nothing gives one a natural advantage over the other. Certain Kekkei Genkai include wind as a component such as Ice, Swift, and Dust. I hope you got all that because we're about to start.

I focused on the element of wind and concentrated on molding it in my core. I moved it into my lungs, swelling them with this mystery molding of chakra. I took a deep breath, gulping in more air to help my mind properly convert raw chakra into fuuton. Then I spat it out in the form of focused wind tubes at the oblivious Pein. It barely even disturbed his orange hair, I raised both my arms and focused on moving the raw chakra mold from my core to my limbs. The air fired through my palm with a small recoil.

First I began inhaling deep breaths of air, concentrating on the dry, ominous feel. Once my lungs were filled and relived repeatedly I took in one more breath, focusing on my own chakra and placing it in my lungs where the air was. As soon as I could feel the chakra mixing with the air I concentrated harder on turning my chakra into the wind. Soon enough I felt total assimilation and my lungs were soon filled with wind natured chakra, I exhaled carefully, trying not to disrupt this perfectness.

Sure, let's start from the top. The first step to performing wind jutsu is molding fuuton chakra. Since you're now learning how, the easiest way is to picture the nature of wind itself and change your chakra's nature to reflect that idea. Once you're successful it should come easy to you and wouldn't require much description.
The next step specific to this jutsu is sending the molded fuuton chakra to your lungs before exhaling it as either a small stream or wind blast by manifesting the chakra as actual wind. Then use the other method by releasing fuuton chakra from a limb and producing wind just as before.

After molding his chakra and performing the jutsu at the pain body the result was a small gush of air pushing the body back a few centimeters, considerable far for his first attempt.

Great, moving on. The next jutsu is a simple wind gust created by releasing fuuton chakra in front of you and producing wind. Its main use is to spread dust and sand around the field and may be used to lodge sand in your opponent's eyes. Try it out.

Cracking my fingers I settled down I began to mold my chakra into wind type. By transferring it into my lungs I took a deep breath then with one powerful exhale "Fus!" I expelled this mass of wind chakra from my mouth in a wide cylonic shape, blowing dust into the face of the creepy pedophile looking Pain body. @_@

Training was getting more interesting, as I see the ugliest Pain body running towards me (Asura path) I gather wind chakra in my core, making a snake hand seal for concentration and molding properly I spit out a counter clockwise wall of wind, its howling sounded like a distant wolf. It repelled and sent the body flying with merely a grunt.

As I sent the body tumbling into yonder I felt a slight disturbance in the earth, then to my dismay a row of spikes jutted from the ground, I quickly jumped then blew a steady stream of wind chakra to my left, effectively sending my body to the right- and out of harms way. I slid to a stop a few meters away before the spikes could even reach their maximum height.

As I stood there sweating from my near death experience I glance at Deva, defenseless and relaxing. I began running towards him at max speed. Expelling wind chakra all the time I soon gained an immense force due to my momentum, lifting rocks and boulders in my wake. Soon I was a hurricane, carrying everything from dust to rocks, as I neared the Pain body I lifted him into the air by focusing my wind chakra beneath him, as he helplessly lifted into the air the boulders and dust I was carrying hit him dead on. I then yelled "Hadoken!" as I released the built up fuuton chakra in the form of a great wind tunnel, picking up and tossing aside the ugly path...

Right after trapping and abusing the Asura path I see the Naraka path dashing towards me with those black chakra stalk thingies. Creating the tiger->snake->ram hand seals again I felt a familiar rush of wind chakra in my arms I then channelled it all into one hand and timed the rushing Path. As he was in range I released a devastating vortex of violent fuuton streams, experiencing a slight recoil. The path was disarmed and flung aside like the Asura path..

As the Human path Pein throws a fuse bomb in my direction I slowly draw my blade, in samurai stance, channelling Fuuton chakra into it. As the bomb was somewhat close enough I swung a powerful unsheathing slash at the air, releasing all my built up Fuuton chakra into the air forming an impressive whirlwind.

It felt a bit awkward, anyway I quickly focused on the Naraka path, who had gotten quite comfortable since my first assault. While channeling Fuuton chakra into the huge object I swung it, sending a short disk shaped projectile of sharp wind that accurately sliced the burdened limb from the tree. The Path fell heavily, good, he was in pain.
