PS: I was just watching a battle between Kiba and Lord GFX. Kiba used twice the fireball jutsu, however he said the first time that he made two fireballs and the second time 5 fireballs. But doesn't making extra fireballs count as a move? Because he always did two more jutsu's after it. Is it allowed to make more fireballs, but make them count as one move?
