Yeah but they were hosts after previous hosts failed to control the bijuu's power. Before Killer B other jinchuuriki died trying to contain Hachibi. And Gaara was a host but kept getting his body taken over by Shukaku.

Uzumaki descend from Hagoromo who was the JuubiJin so naturally their body is more compatible with bijuus more than anybody else, it's why no one outside their bloodline was chosen to host Kurama.

They have the power and sealing ability to tame bijuus without befriending them and they have the stamina to control larger amounts of chakra than the average jinchuuriki.

Right. "Borrowed Power" doesn't extend into the contexts of the manga. Naruto can get the job of murdering some done as ****. There are only a handful of people in the world who could fight Naruto and survive, let alone win.

But outside of the manga, when judging characters by their "power" and "strength," it's hard to say Naruto (or any character who uses borrowed powers) is better than another character who does not use borrowed powers, as even a 3 year old with a big enough handicap can beat Tiger Woods in a game of golf and LeBron James in a game of basketball.

So to say Naruto > ______ because he has a chakra demon who makes him good is foolish in my (and anyone who doesn't respect borrowed powers') opinion.



I don't see a difference between the term gift and handout... or even free powerup.

But it's irrelevant, as they all imply Naruto receiving help from an outside source, my feelings and beliefs about which I summarize above.

If you cannot see the difference then learn to see it or do not argue about your feeling or opinion. Just state it and move on (even if you recieve replies)There's meanings in words. If a handout was a gift i would have called it so.

Sasuke was given a 1 shot Amaterasu and later awakened his own Amaterasu. EMS isn't borrowed but taken. Rinnegan isn't borrowed but given/awakened.
