Okay Just before the relation between Erza and Eillen is confined by Mashima Sama lets try guessing it ourselves.

Now this is what we know unlit now:-

1) Erza and Eileen are both from Ishgar.
2) Both has Scarlet colored Hairs and similar facial looks.
3) But the most important resemblances of them all is, both of them can scare the shit of their opponents when pissed.

Lets See....Umm..... IMO these are the possible relation they might have with each other!!

1] Blood Sisters. I Think Erza seems to the younger one.
2] Step Sisters
3] Mother and Daughter. Now here the Age difference will come into play. Bcos they both seem young.
4] Cousins.
5] Girls from the same Village.
