Errors in Manga 420?

Another Error: Well, correct me if I'm wrong. Seriously, didn't Kishi previously state so that the Three-Tails wasn't a Jinchuuriki? Yet, at the start of Naruto 420, he released a poster with a Jinchuuriki for the Three-Tails. This, however, confused me more than the Konoha insignia on Pain's headband did, although, I'm sure it's just a mistake though I can't believe I missed it. And if the Three-Tails was a Jinchuuriki, shouldn't it return to its human form (link below) after getting severely injured by Deidara's blast like how Killer Bee returned to his after Amaterasu?

If the God Realm body is from Konoha, then it's Yondaime's body being controlled. That would explain how Pein knew about Jiraya's book.. and the characters in it. But that would also mean Pein has access to the memories of the bodies he inhabits.. which means Pein already knows a lot about Kakashi.

Yea, it was a big time error to have Pein's headband say Konohagekure on it, because in all of the panels before and after that error, you can clearly see that his headband has Amagekure on it all crossed out.

What if the headbands are like transformed by Pein and the jutsu slips up a bit when he uses that chakra blade to stab somebody with? You can't find a single panel of any of the Peins stabbing Jiraya with their headbands showing. If that were true, it would explain how Jiraya suddenly became so certain of Pein's identity when he was stabbed. It would also explain why Kakashi 'purposefully' missed Pein with that Raikiri because he was all like WTF when he saw the headband.

Why wouldn't he just wear an Amagekure headband?
Why wear a Konohagekure headband if he was trying to conceal his identity, it's not like wearing another headband is gonna kill him.
Plus, the Konoha headband wasn't even crossed out.
He's a missing-nin, so no matter where he's from, he's gonna have a crossed out headband.

Dude... take a look closely. Can't say exactly if it's Kakashi's MS, but it's definately not his normal sharingan eye. Almost everyone will agree with that. About God realm being Yondaime, it can't be! How in the world can it be Yondaime's body? God realm doesn't have any resemblance with Yondaime but it's exactly the body of Yahiko (Nagato's childhood friend). Even Jiraiya said that. If it's Yondaime body that Pain is using then at least the body is supposed to look like Yondaime. Even if it's true, why would Pain show Konoha's headband for a second on Yondaime's body

Ok I got it. I am 100% percent sure Pain's head band was a mistake b/c ALL the other pics of him all had his normal headband. Unless he has a headband changing technique.

He looks very much like an orange haired Minato. If Pein is using bodies of people Jiraya once knew, (which explains the leaf headband) then the Yondaime Hokage would be like his number one choice from all the bodies he could use. Anyway, I already answered both of your questions in my previous posts. It's up to you to read them throughly. It's wild speculation, but what else can we do?
Next week, if Kishimoto doesn't address the headband as a drawing mistake, then we'll know for sure it was intentional.

hmm i think that it may have been the last host of the 3 tails honestly...could have been from a long time ago... for whatever reason the 3 tails became free somehow...
