Errors in Manga 420?

As many of you have noticed, there seem to be two errors below on page 8 of Manga 420.

1. Pain is wearing Konoha's headband!
2. Kakashi seems to have activated his MS!

I personally just think that these are drawing errors but there are others who wouldn't agree with me. Are there other errors you can spot in the manga 420? Please put forward your theories and vote for it!

Very possible But I would expect a very very in-depth explanation for the changing of Pain's headband for a second Is Kishi trying to show that we readers are actually affected by Rinnegan's powers?! Genjutsu on readers?

Oh come on man, it does look like MS, but rinnegan? If you are trying to say it's rinnegan cause Pain pierced Kakashi with his chakra receiver and somehow Kakashi is controlled through his chakra, I could consider it. But why would Pain show rinnegan in front of his own body? It's all very confusing. If any dōjutsu user is controlling somebody it's possible you'll see the dōjutsu eyes in the affected user. Have you seen the color cover of a manga with Sasuke, Madara and Kyubi? Kyubi has sharingan eyes in that!

Surely there is a kyubi's sharingan, when it will happen Naruto will get screwed cause Kyubi exhibiting sharingan means it's under the control of a sharingan user Or maybe Naruto will give kyubi sharingan eyes with the unknown Itachi's power that are hidden inside him

Maybe it's something like : kakashi activates his mangekyo for real that second and sees what? That this pein's body is from konoha I think sharingan in kyubi is like with sasuke and oro - madara used genjutsu to control kyubi

The Pain's body that Kakashi is fighting with is God realm. That is the body of Yahiko who belonged to Hidden Rain (or Cloud?) village. How can the body be from Konoha?

maybe Pein's headband is an error but Kakashi's MS is not... well we will see if Kishi made some errors or not in the next chapters

I asked this in predictions thread but nobody replied so I'm asking here now. The Rinnegan power that Pain uses on Kakashi (the one with two rinnegan eyes in the dark), is it that it is the power of God realm only? Does anybody remember or can point me to the manga page where the same power was used on Jiraiya? Was that done by God realm or Pain's other (Animal?) realm on Jiraiya?

Okay got the answer myself. The power of Rinnegan isn't dependent on a particular realm. In the fight with Jiraiya, the Animal realm pierces him with chakra conductor and then we see the Rinnegan eyes behind Jiraiya.
