What part of that was equal? He didn't even touch him except 3 times, all with a rasengan he couldn't see and using clones. Had he went in with his real body he would have been killed with a single punch unlike the Kages.

He's lucky Sasuke took that rinnegan or he'd be killed.

That was the moment when the animators got carried away and logic just went off board but he did use diversions and the Jougan might've helped.

I haven't seen it so I can't comment or handle it better I'll watch it when I have time. I'm only going of hearsay but any equality with Momoshiki is shit writing. Especially if they've overhyped him via his fight with amped up Naruto and Sasuke.

Otherwise you're just gonna complain since Boruto is in the later half of the episode and you're already complaining about shit witting despite not seeing it.

The entire episode is filler anyways so you can get your rocks off to Naruto and Sasuke bringing back part 1 vibes.

-Great animation, as expected for the Ootsutsuki

-Momoshiki using Gentle Fist was nice to see.

-Bolt's Jougan is confirmed by Momoshiki to be from the Ootsutsuki, apparently he "strongly inherited" their power. I think this means his Jougan is a combination of his Uzumaki and Hyuga blood, but considering the manga notes his Byakugan blood, it might be from his Hyuga side alone, though my belief in that is waning at the moment.

-30 year old with Sharingan Precognition = Sent flying by Momoshiki. 12 year old with Jougan Precognition = Lands hit on same opponent. lol Bolt giving a hard time to someone as powerful as Momoshiki. The kid's insane, actually landing unaided hits on a Kage level opponent, and Salad fans out here thinking she stands a chance against him.

-The scene with Jiriaya, Kushina, Minato, Neji, Hinata, and Sasuke helping Bolt and Naruto with their Rasengan was so touching. I just hope we can see more for Neji via flashbacks considering out of all of those characters, he's the least expanded in terms of his bond with Naruto. But I really need to find a gif of that scene asap.

Best anime fight of the year, probably. Honestly, I don't have any anime in mind coming this year who could top that.

It's gonna take years (for the Boruto series) before having an episode with similar animation.

It’s def the best of boruto so far. I also thought momo’s lil talk with boruto was clearer and better done. The Jougan seems known by the ootsutsuki, and momo clearly tells him he inherited ootsutsuki power.

He got the Karma. His hand was just burned so the seal wasn't very clearly visible. If you look closely at Boruto's hand in the scene where he looks at his hand, you can see the diamond shape

All Might vs One for all (No Hero academia) was pretty epic also.

Yeah, it will take years and even if the animation is on par with this one, the fact Naruto and Sasuke are the real stars of the series makes all the difference.

But that's one person in one thread. You're talking about Hyuga people coming out of sewers to shove this episode down people's throats when it isn't even remotely like that..

Boruto's Jougan is new and hinted to end up taking everything from him. Not the Karma seal. But his "eyes". It could be referencing him being Naruto's son, his regular colored eyes or the Jougan eye or "eyes"

It's more of the mystique of that rather than what it actually does.

I agree with all of the above.

The Jogan is a forced eye, I was kind of disappointed instead of develop the Byakugan or focus on it, they decided to pull a new dojutsu out of the rear end. They needed some way to hand out all sorts of powerups it's(Jogan's existence) ridiculous and doesn't even make sense.

Which part was equal? .... The part where Boruto dodged Momoshiki - the part where Boruto steam hitted Momoshiki / While Kakashi who is much weaker was able to dodge it .... The part where Boruto outsmarted Momoshiki with clones. And Ofc Outpowering God lvl monster with Rasengan :bdpf:
