SUMMARY

Spoiler

As the crew plumb the depths of the sea in search of Luffy, Sanji and Zoro, they encounter the terrifying and mysterious secrets of the deep - including an undersea volcano whose eruption almost spells "the end" for the Straw Hats as they continue on their way to Fish-Man Island.

This is One Piece, not Naruto/ Bleach. So we don't have to worry about those.
And even if we did have fillers now, they wouldn't last long. The longest OP filler was only like 11 episodes or something. So theres no such thing as storm of fillers here.

The Naruto fillers have been going on for months now. And Sakura has told Naruto about the super secret war to protect NARUTO !! while she was gathering mushrooms on a random island.

And the OP fillers are actually entertaining.
I watched the first episode when this Naruto filler season started, and just stopped there lol

I thought I was the only one who noticed that, thank God! How can the anime cast be so stupid? I mean, one thing is to make a mistake when it hasn't even come out in the manga, but when it came out in 2010 and we're in December 2011... :flaw:

And no fillers in December for OP. Not sure if in 2012 but if there are, I wouldn't mind... OP fillers are nice actually, the characters are IC at least... and as Dracule said, the longest OP filler season lasted nothing, it was Navarone arc and it was 12 episodes long, this isn't like Bleach where filler arcs last like half a year...

Amusing chapter, finally at Fishman Island! I can't wait for them to meet up again with Camie/Keimi, yay! And we're soo close to seeing Shirahoshi and Hodi in the anime, I can't wait!!

Also, I love Wadatsumi's voice xd I think I heard it before, but where? Maybe Fukurou? Or another anime?

I believe there will be fillers. The anime is moving too fast, imo. We're just finishing FI arc (it is not finished, of course), and the Anime is already starting. But not a storm, like Dracule said.

In my opinion, they will show a more extended version of the time the Straw Hats spent on the village before the action part of the arc and I'm sure there will be a time for the straw hats to play on FI once the arc is over. Those will probably be fillers, but no more than 1 or 2 episodes, maybe even less. Afterwards, I think there will be a filler arc (maybe half filler, as I'm hopping the anime animates the current cover story), but again, no more than a few episodes.

Did you guys notice the mistake they made?
At 02.19 all crew members including Luf, Zor and Sanji was onboard and screaming in fear of the "Ghost ship". Robin not caring as usuall... the seconds before and after they are nowhere to be seen so I wonder how the otherwise awesome animators made that glitch ^-^ And ye catching up to the manga, so maybe they stretch out the walking around the island before the fight (no that's not spoilers for those who don't read the Manga, that is classical OP arc build-up). I wanna see some more backstory

lol so true naruto literally has it like 6 months of filllers lol and still going
