Yeah, I think some people really underestimate Naruto's intelligence(In the anime/manga) when he's really good during intense battles at coming up with strategies, hes no Shikamaru but they work.

You are forgetting he has the rennigan. He wouldnt need to sacrifice his sharigan for izanagi if he could use the rennigan without going blind

I suggest you re-read my original post. He doesnt need to use his sharigan in order to use izanagi if he now has the rennigan.
