A bird/Eagle can never eat a shark,
But if the bird/Eagle tries to prey on small fishes not noticing the shark..
Its astalavista babeh for the bird/Eagle..
Check out the NatGeo Wildlife channel.. Many birds have fallen prey to the sharks..
But none, have been shown sharks fallen prey to birds..

Kisame would win. Samehada can extend to knock Deidara out of the sky. His sword would just absorb the chakra out of Deidara's clay. And any damage could be healed with previously stored chakra. Deidara's only chance of winning is to leave nothing to heal (ex kill Kisame in one big explosion) but Deidara wouldn't resort to that until it was too late. By then Kisame could: 1) Use his hidden mist technique to obscure Deidara's vision and kill him or 2) create a water dome which would absorb most of the blast force.

Kisame could do his big move that he used against Gai. Its huge and it absorbs chakra to get bigger and stronger, so Kisame can win

Everyone who is non biased will say that Deidara takes this. Deidara has aerial advantage, long range fighter far better than Kisame (Im talking about Gaara) had really big problem to get to him. If Kisame is in open air, C4 destroys him, if hes in his water dome squid bomb (the same that flipped upside down whole island) annihilates him along with his technique.
Chances to win: Deidara 90% , Kisame 10%.
