Not to mention Tsunade has monstrous strength in base, Sakura does not.

Based on feats it doesn't work this way. Tsunade was able to lift and swing Gamabunta's blade, doubt she did it with her natural strength.

But it seems to work the same way. It is not instant, he has to grab his target with that snake thingy.

Lmao Tsunade having monstrous strength in base is fanfiction. DB explicitly states that her chakra enhancement is why she was able to lift that Tanto. Thus Sakura can replicate similar feats, thus Orochimaru can't and will not ever bind her.

I took part in the discussion about CES not that long ago and I remember that someone posted a scan from Databook about Tsunade lifting the sword. But there was no 100% confirmation she used CES to lift it, there's 0 situations in manga where Sakura shows any kind of strength outside of punches where she releases chakra stored in her fist and there's manga evidence states it's the way CES works.
