I took part in the discussion about CES not that long ago and I remember that someone posted a scan from Databook about Tsunade lifting the sword. But there was no 100% confirmation she used CES to lift it, there's 0 situations in manga where Sakura shows any kind of strength outside of punches where she releases chakra stored in her fist and there's manga evidence states it's the way CES works.

It would seem Tsunade's "outrageous strength" completely ignores the laws of nature!! The challenge to common sense that is her power is due in no small part to her artful chakra control and fine-tuning. Okay, maybe there's some merit to CES increasing overall strength. But it doesn't really matter here. Snake Glare Binding Spell stopped charging Chakra Arm immediately. Imagine how much strength it has to have to stop something of that caliber in an exact spot. Withing being pushed for some distance.

And even if Sakura doesn't get constricted completely, she would have to fight off the snake. And that's the moment when she gets bisected with Kusanagi or bitten by poisonous snakes.
