As you swing Mjolnnir I move my free hand up, and against your arm you're swinging Mjolnnir with, Mjolnnir is a very short hammer and as I stop your arm, it won't get near me face.

If you read the jutsu, I simply side step you as you continues foward. The thing is I simply for you, dissappear infront of you, also due your high mometum it would be even harder for you to react. So yes, I can easily avoid the jutsu by using Half Step technique.

Now, i might not be a Sensei, but i AM a taijutsu enthusiast and i really don't think you'll be able to avoid Odins Fury with the Half-Step technique. Odins Fury resembles a blizzard of slashes and punches and it is utilized with some big bear-claws. The Half-Step technique is an impressive one indeed, but you cannot simply appear beside your opponent without a trajectory to follow, and with the nature his attack, you would be hit immediately as you attempt to get past his guard. A half-step is incredibly useful in Taijutsu xd But you're taking it to a level where its as close to a teleportation technique as it gets. The technique you're using is merely an advanced half-step. Had this been most other situations i would agree with you, but Odin's Fury is simply too wild and unpredicatbale, even with your sixth sense, to get past this way.
