There is the reason Bort did not get the byakugan, Kishi thinks it's ugly and did not want Bort being associated with the fodder Hyuga clan fighting style. Later on the new writer may add to its importance which would be fitting because it would complete Bort's development as trash.

Everytime I reply and quote you is a chance I want you to take and have some decent acknowledgment of each other's valid point. Your modifiers aren't helpful with establishing rapport. I find it a waste of time to pour my thoughts and construct some convincing to you about how great Jyuuken is, albeit underused.

To be fair the movie did seem rushed, as the novelization included more feats for momoshiki among other things. Kishi also spoke about being overworked and needing a break. Just something to consider.

Tobirama states that the Hokage have been revived "close to original power" this means Hiruzen was revived weaker then he was alive at old age yet he was able to produce the 5 Elements at such mastery that it was even capable of stalemating the Buddha Statue while the 5 Kage couldn't. Just imagine his Prime.
