scenario : kizaru is flying 20 meter high enel is flying few kilometer high on his ship both are spaming thunders and light

if the fight take too long the island go down and all who cannot fly dies

u can choose a trio to beat them ( ofcourse from OP versw )

Enel and Kizaru are not inchar they are bloodlusted and fight like cowards ( they fly out of range and so on when it will be dangerous to regemerate and so on like real cowards )

That is merely your opinion when the manga portrayed the logia trio as equals and Kizaru second among them. I wouldn't guarantee more than half of the people on your list being able to take Kizaru but certainly every one has a chance since they are top tiers. Among those listed I would definitely not include Mihawk, Sengoku and Isshou on that list.

I think OP wanted a single character.. And even so, how is Luffy going to reach Enel when he is kilometers high?
And Marco is maybe on par with an Admiral, but I think he just isn't as strong. More like Doflamingo's, Magellan and Sabo's level.

You say they're equals and then you rank them? Okay. That makes perfect sense.

You're underestimating Mihawk, Sengoku and Isshou, but then again "That is merely your opinion".

Isshou's got the power of Gravity. Gravity controls light and restricts light. Therefore when Isshou and Kizaru fight, no matter the difference in strength Isshou is going to win. Think of Luffy's rubber to Enels lightning as the equivalent to Isshou's gravity to Borsalino's light
