Manga contradicts everything you just said. Itachi eyes are used with Sasukes to "Create" a new dojutsu not the same eyes. As I have noted before.. This entire time you have yet to show 1 scan backing up your assumptions and finally the translation for your genjutsu argument is stomped by a mountain of manga evidence on top of your own made up assumption of what Itachi stated. Clearly he was referring to Izanagi and Izanami considering that entire conversation was about 2 people not being able to use Izanagi against one another due to conflict

it's not that simple, Itachi has MS, but he also has totsuka and yata, he's faster than hebi sasuke, who couldn't even see him weave signs for a clone. Sasuke has not been shown to know Izanami and Izanagi, Itachi still outclasses him.
