first he summons that toad stomach
since anything is allowed he'll do this not to catch kisame but just so he could trap himself in there while he goes sage mode and kisame is baking cookies i dunno
once hes finished doesnt take that long he comes out with frog song prepared , kisame wouldnt know what hit him

Horribly insulting to say Kisame beats Jiraiya, Swamp of the Underworld to sink him while distracting him with 360 degree hair attacks from various clones or oil bullets from various clones to restrain Kisame,
as for the river to feel at home he just Summons Bunta to use that really large fire combo to evapourate everything.
And for the large water shark technique, he can sheild himself with hair to survive it or enter his barrier toad as a sheild(it swims deep in water so the water shark will make it feel right at home) then come out and kill Kisame.
BTW KISAME CAN'T FUSE WITH SAMEHADA AND USE THE LARGE WATER BUBBLE WITHOUT FIRST ABSORBING BIJUU LEVELS OF CHAKRA SO ITS A NON FACTOR.
