Minato has 0 knowledge on Itachi , Not his ms abilities, his skill in genjutsu, nothing.....


Why would Itachi engage in taijutsu with someone who is known to use fuinjutsu? It's fact that he's aware that one can place a seal on you by one touch.. he KNOWS how to do it.. he put the funjutsu transcription seal on sasuke by a poke of the forehead..
DANZO even had the paralysis seal that he placed on Sasuke by one touch..

Now why in gods name, would the man with overly hyped genius intelligence.. hyped to be able to read his opponents and predict what they plan on doing.. want to get touched by a FUINJUTSU specialist.. gods sake he knows Minato sealed kyuubi in his son


Itachi would only have to to put him in dusk crow genjutsu and stab him with the totsuka sword to end the fight

if we include amaterasu, Ay sensed it, Nagato sensed it, Bee and Sasuke actually prevented ITachi from using it with kunai and shuriken. plus, it's slow burning and a sealing master won't have too much trouble with that- neither karin nor the samurai were dealt lasting damage. nagato was screwed because kabuto was listening to itachi's conversation about shishui, otherwise he would have used ST immediately.

Bee threw a sword after being WARNED , not only that amterasu was a 1 hit ko, but that he was using , and like itachi couldn't take 1 step foward and doge it if he wished

as to Susanoo, it's an able defence for a short time, as with Minato's current arsenal he's unable to get through it, not unless the theories that he can warp inside susanoo provided he's marked itachi are true. however, susanoo is a chakra taxing technique and itachi can only use it for minutes at best. it is fairly cumbersome and neither it's arms, nor yasanaka magatama, nor the totsuka sword are fast enough to deal a killer blow.

Chakra exhausted Itachi was able to hold up susanno for minutes... A full 100% chakra itachi would be able to hold it up for ample time..
According to anbu ninja in part 1, said that a ninja fight rarely ever lasts up to 1hr.. fights end much faster than that.. Hiruzen vs Oro was a first

Considering itachi's fighting style finishes fights pretty fast, I dont see how you expect this to be extended..

You also forget that the seals on minato's kunai are placed on paper... Itachi has shown he has a katon embued flame technique... with his unrivaled exceptional skill in shruiken placement, he could land all the shruiken on minato's kunai and easily make the seal paper burn

Leaving Minato to have to place his seals on the ground etc..


You're definitely underrating Itachi and how this fight would turn out

We have NOT seen the full arsenal of both these ninjas... every time itachi appears he's shown something new.. from his recent summoning jutsu, to his skill in fuinjutsu etc... Kabuto and kakashi also hyped that he has alot more abilities ....
Minato , a kage , would also definitely have more than what he displayed..

Based on FEATS, or what we have seen... Itachi wins this .....

Also, you're exaggerating Minato's base speed.. It's great, but so is Itachi's... Tobi considered sasuke and kakashi "4.5""fast" but Itachi's speed against bee along with his databook 5 he;s no pushover.. not only this but combine it with his sharingan for precognition and his reflexes which are above average (He protected sasuke from muki tensei.. meaning he reacted fast enough to defend himself, but sasuke didn't )


If minato could have base speed blitz tobi, he would have.. but ftg was required for such a thing.. once again , don't overate his speed

This is getting stupid now, when Minato has displayed an arsenal of jutsu which is similar to the amount of Itachi then we can make this debate. Itachi has fought like 5/6 times in the manga showing like 20 different techniques. Minato has fought once or twice if you include Ay and Bee. Minato has used about 7 jutsu in total. We know hardly anything about him which is why Itachi fanboys love to make this debate in Itachi's favour because they know Minato is almost featless. How sad.
