Description: After creating several versatile and powerful techniques from the shark contract, the Mand'alor began exploring the world with new friends and allies. Around Kirigakure, specifically the Shivering Sea, lived a secluded and unknown type of shark that dwelled deep within the ocean. They were so deep in the ocean that the light from the sun and moon would never reach them, keeping them within eternal darkness and away from humanity. Their habitat was fierce, as were the predators and prey that lived in the unexplored waters. As chance had it, on his way to Nagi Island, the Mand'alor found one of these sharks and from it's uniqueness and individuality, took it into one of his labs at Concord Dawn for further investigation. The Mand'alor dubbed these sharks "Deep Blues" due to their dark blue bodies. One could even mistake that color for black, even with their white undersides for comparison. The reason these sharks were so special was their adaptation to the ocean's water pressure and the predators deep within the sea, giving them enhanced durability opposed to other shark summons within the Mand'alor's arsenal. The added durability would equate to shark ninjutsu in conjunction with this technique being able to play on the terms of elemental ninjutsu (twenty points of damage for reference). The Deep Blue's teeth were sharper and stronger than any shark's recorded best yet, their speed in the frigidly cold water was double that of regular sharks from adapting to the water's cold and pressure, and their sense of smell was far beyond the limits of normal sharks. However, the species was not perfect. Due to years and years of breeding and evolution, these selective species of sharks were robbed of their eyesight from all their years without the sun or moon lighting up the world or them. They were truly brutal creatures and savages for blood - the perfect companions for the Mand'alor.

Hela walked through the sparse forest, Atalanta in tow a few feet behind her, a dual headed snake wrapped around her waist and safely tucked from public view underneath her armor.(check bio for these personals). Stormbreaker and Jirojin hanging on her side and her back respectively.

Hela had simply decided to go for a stroll, no destination in particular. As she and her executioners travelled, they would notice movement above them in the tree's. Was it an assassin? Or merely another traveller? They way they saw it, it was better to be safe than sorry.

Atalanta quicky drew her golden bow before firing an arrow that would curve through the sky and approach at an angle. This arrow would be arc'd so the it comes downward at the persons ankle. In the event that he moved, the arrow would strike the branch and detonate, catching him in the explosion.

Simultaneously, Hela would quickly say a spell (this replaces the need of seals cause ya boi kisei) and raise stormbreaker to the opponent. A empowered bolt of lightning would emerge from the wand/axe towards the center of the mans torso.

Description: One of the few female Ligers present, the user forms the summoning handseals or wipes blood across a summoning tattoo and summons Atalanta, the greatest archer of the Liger species. Slimmer than other Ligers, Atalanta is much faster than most of them, being twice as fast as Heracles and slightly faster than Sinbad. Having being abandoned as a cub and left to die on a mountaintop, Atalanta survived the harsh conditions due to training she received from several hunter Ligers that were nearby. This rough environment caused her to become harsh in her actions and words, and a fierce warrior, her skill with taijutsu being notably proficient. However, it is her mastery of the bow that lead her to become renown. Trained by Hunter Ligers, Atalanta is able to make use of her bow and arrows for long ranged combat, using her strength to allow the arrows to fly slightly faster then kunais and shuriken manually thrown. She is able to use any arrow based jutsus of the user up to S rank as well as Taijutsu up to A rank. What is notable about Atalanta's archery mastery is through the usage of 2 key abilities unique to her archery skills: The first, named The Calydonian Hunt, requires her to release a small, slightly curved arrow, though this curve doesn't prevent it from aerodynamically traveling. Imbibed with chakra, this arrow is capable of remarkable travel through the body, causing more damage to the opponent as an arrow is capable of piercing, for example, his leg and traveling and cutting the inside of the limbs as it exits (must always exist that side of the body, a single arrow cannot enter an arm and exist the opposing leg) before detonating in a short ranged explosion, releasing this powerful tusk shaped arrow in the form of shrapnel, causing severe damage to the opponent capable of causing them to bleed out. These arrows can also be detonated prematurely. A common ability of Ligers is their ability to transform into useful items for the summoner, such as Achilles transforming into a set of armor and Icarus transforming into a set of taijutsu enhancing claws. Similar to this, the second ability allows Atalanta to transform into a dark gold bow with several of these tusk shaped arrows (5 of these, each B ranked). This bow is almost indestructible and can be wielded as a makeshift sword, capable of being used for freeform kenjutsu. After these arrows have been utilized, Atalanta's bow disperses as does she.

Description: Stormbreaker is a axe created and enchanted multiple times by, for Hela, by Hela. It's handle doubles as a wand and is crafted with Elderwood - for its Dark Arts Specialty, Dragon heartstring - for its affinity to electricity, and chakra metal. This wand differs in appearance from more traditional wands, instead of looking like a yard stick, it resembles an axe used to chop trees. This wand is special because of the enchantments within it. One such enchantment being one that can absorb and contain electricity from foreign sources, and its allowed to do this because it was enchanted by the creator with mahou upon creation. (S rank and below once per turn). It can then release electricity during spells which add a paralysis effect to all projectile jutsu that emerge from the wand changing all jutsu colors to a light blue, similar to that of a lightning bolt. (1 turn paralysis). Not only is it capable of this, but also another special ability which makes this wand useful. Hela would bestow upon it another enchantment, allowing the user to passively recall the wand simply by wishing for it by their side. When the wand is in flight, it will move at lightning jutsu speed. While another enchantment on the axe has also been placed, this one causing damage to anyone who dares touch it while in the owners possession still. This pain is so unbearable that it will cause them to automatically drop the axe. With this being an actual axe ontop on being her wand, she can use it to cause damage by slashing an opponent. (Costs a move slot per turn to use and does S rank damage.)



Note: Similar to normal wand exchanges, Stormbreaker can be lost and transferred to a new Clan member but only via defeat of the wandholder.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake handseal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

As our young warrior leapt from tree to tree he could notice would appeared to be a shape in the distance. This shape then formed into that of a woman, wearing unusual attire, wielding an axe and a lion-esque creature besides her wielding a bow and arrow.

Although at first our hero was unconcerned simply reciting the words he had heard in his head ever since he had activated the weapon core.... "Destruction... Fuel..." but suddenly, both the axe-wielding shinobi and her furry companion launched attacks at Genji. A tusk shaped bow that seemed to curve in the air and a bolt of lightning emitted from her axe. She didn't use hand-seals.. much like someone else Genji had faced.. perhaps she was of the same origin.

Draco would release a burst of wind outwards, shaping it into a dragon that would rapidly rotate a meter or so on outwards from Genji's body. The green dragon would form a vortex sucking any and everything in the surroundings into it, including the lioness and the shinobi. The arrow would be swallowed and it's explosion negated by the firece winds, the bolt of lightnimg would quickly be disperesed by the rapidly rotation gusts.

As the two assailiants were being dragged off their feet Genji would perform a unique combination, he would perform a quick series of hand-seals tying together two techniques simultaneously, a seal would appear on his chest as a dark cloud emerged from above the forest, expanding out into the distance.. the cloud would rain down Pantheonic Dust that would not only handicap the enemies vision's but also enable him to reduce the power of physical ninjutsu, as well as a few additional usages. The seal was created as a result of the ninjutsu's restriction and would enable the user to utulize not only the nature of the special technique but other forms of ninjutsu by using the seal as a medium to sustain the Tears of Olympus.

As the dust rained down blinding the young woman her companion, Ryujin's Devouring Nebula would drag the two seperating them from one another before swallowing them whole and shredding their body to ribbons. The strength of the vortex's suction properties alone would have to be dealt with before even attempting to counter which was made all the more difficult by the raining dust.

Description: Ryujin’s Devouring Nebula is a unique technique that employs the usage of two of Wind Release’ most powerful properties: it’s suction, and sharpness. The user will begin the technique by channeling his wind chakra throughout his body, and releasing it from every pore in his body, he will then perform three hand-seals to form a condensed green or blue dragon, then the user wills the wind dragon to swirl around them at incredible speeds, forming an orb-shaped vortex. This vortex moves at such high speeds that it’s capable of drawing entities towards it slicing them up to ribbons and devouring the technique, person or object entirely. The suction property of this vortex is so powerful (its strength is S Rank, and much like Swamp of the Underworld the enemy must utulize a technique of equal rank to escape it's clutches, this is true for the defensive usage as well) it’s capable of drawing enemies objects and techniques from long range to mid range, from mid range to short range, and from short range straight into the Devouring Nebula. The user has an additional usage of this technique, utilizing the same principles by swirling the dragon in the counterclockwise direction, the user is capable of repelling enemies and other entities surrounding them back, preventing the opponent from entering range to perform their techniques. This technique is capable of pushing enemies, techniques and objects from short range to mid-range, and from mid-range to long range, as this technique pushes the enemy back it is more defensive and thus is easier to perform than it’s offensive counter-part.

(Chiriton: Panteon no Orinpasu no Namida) - Pantheonic Dust Release: Tears of Olympus

Description: Taking inspiration from, "Rain Tiger at Will Technique" and, "Dropping Lid", this technique encompasses the more supplementary aspect of Pantheonic Dust. By focusing their chakra into the air above the entirety of the battlefield, the user will manipulate the dust earth particles found naturally in the air and in doing so will form a large cloud of Pantheonic dust in the sky which would rain down a mass of dust, very akin to a blizzard. As this dust falls in large quantities, it's very essence is connected to the user in the sense that if the opponent has a sensory technique active, they would be incapable of divulging where the user was, due to the dust acting as a sort of buffer in order to prevent detection (this is due to the user's chakra being present within the blizzard). It doesn't stop there, not only does this dust allow the user to hide their location from the opponent, but it also has another function. As it falls and latches onto object fueled by foreign chakra (deducting a rank of damage points), this dust will sap the energy from the constructs (only applicable on techniques with a solid form, e.g, Earth, Ice, Steel), lowering their damage output and overall strength in comparison to their former state, this ability of the sand is passive in nature. The intensity of the blizzard can also be remotely controlled passively (if the opponent is long-range away, they can only see up to mid-range, if the opponent is mid-range away, they can only see up to short-range, if the opponent is within short-range of the user, they can only see directly in front of them, within a two foot distance). There are also an additional usages of this technique called "cyclone" that can be applied to the weaknesses of Pantheonic Dust namely earth and water and wood, which is the combination of both. By applying this technique to an inert creation of these elements I.E an old earth pillar no longer in use or a water source not in use, the user will be able to focus pantheonic dust chakra in to the source causing it to splinter and fracture in the case of wood and earth or be absorbed in the case of water before ascending into the sky very rapidly dragging anything that was on top of the source along with it be it weaponry such as kunai or even a person, though it wouldn't drag larger summoning creatures or anything bigger than five meters diameter such as a giant weapon. This ability can also be used on items containing chakra following strengths and weaknesses meaning it could destroy up to F-Rank earth and water and S-Rank wood.

Description: This seal can either manually be placed on the user, or whenever the user is placed in a position where they are restricted in their elemental usage, it will "bleed" out and reveal itself. The seal is written in Kanji form (援) and is titled "Aid". The seal will act as a systematic tunnel within the depths of the users main chakra source, funneling out chakra to be used on behalf of the user, through the seal as its medium. This allows for the seal to act on its own accord, but also on behalf of the users will, as it is obviously controlled by him. The seal can than be used to release attacks, defenses, or supplementary techniques in other elemental forms, which in specialized cases, would not be allowed with the seal. E.g. Hardening technique armor is generally known in restricting the user to only using earth techniques. The seal plays a role in revealing itself on the surface of the armor, while still having a consistent connection to the users chakra reservoir (hence the +10 chakra points expense). With this seal, in connection with the users direct chakra, and not interacting with the interference of the earth armor, the user can perform jutsus of other elements, with the seal becoming its main medium. The main difference is, jutsus that originate from the body, will be released via the seal (projectiles and streaming) but jutsus that appear out of thin air, the ground, or sky, will be released normally. Moreover, the seal will act as a separate entity, but the chakra will still be of the users, so elemental combinations can still be complete, insofar as it is not a dangerous combination within close proximity of the user, that might logically jeopardize their life (e.g. performing a ash based technique, while wearing a lightning armor; risk being an explosion due to their reactive nature). But as long as it is performed and done within logical grounds, the user will relatively not have to worry about such predicaments.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. Technique can be performed 2 times, and lasts as long as the restriction is placed on the user, via the other supposed technique. The user may be able to perform forbidden ranked techniques, but this will automatically destroy the seal upon using it. Cannot be used in consecutive turns, every two usages. This technique does not enable the user to perform two separate techniques at once.

Description: This seal can either manually be placed on the user, or whenever the user is placed in a position where they are restricted in their elemental usage, it will "bleed" out and reveal itself. The seal is written in Kanji form (援) and is titled "Aid". The seal will act as a systematic tunnel within the depths of the users main chakra source, funneling out chakra to be used on behalf of the user, through the seal as its medium. This allows for the seal to act on its own accord, but also on behalf of the users will, as it is obviously controlled by him. The seal can than be used to release attacks, defenses, or supplementary techniques in other elemental forms, which in specialized cases, would not be allowed with the seal. E.g. Hardening technique armor is generally known in restricting the user to only using earth techniques. The seal plays a role in revealing itself on the surface of the armor, while still having a consistent connection to the users chakra reservoir (hence the +10 chakra points expense). With this seal, in connection with the users direct chakra, and not interacting with the interference of the earth armor, the user can perform jutsus of other elements, with the seal becoming its main medium. The main difference is, jutsus that originate from the body, will be released via the seal (projectiles and streaming) but jutsus that appear out of thin air, the ground, or sky, will be released normally. Moreover, the seal will act as a separate entity, but the chakra will still be of the users, so elemental combinations can still be complete, insofar as it is not a dangerous combination within close proximity of the user, that might logically jeopardize their life (e.g. performing a ash based technique, while wearing a lightning armor; risk being an explosion due to their reactive nature). But as long as it is performed and done within logical grounds, the user will relatively not have to worry about such predicaments.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. Technique can be performed 2 times, and lasts as long as the restriction is placed on the user, via the other supposed technique. The user may be able to perform forbidden ranked techniques, but this will automatically destroy the seal upon using it. Cannot be used in consecutive turns, every two usages. This technique does not enable the user to perform two separate techniques at once.

As the strong gusts of wind travelled out and clashed with Hela's lightning bolt, the two techniques would cancel out. The result would be another gust of wind as the two techs clashed, this one not as lethal. Hela would quickly use her apparition spell and turn her body into pure mahou chakra (not the dark arts part but the first part). She would teleport directly behind the man, in melee range. Quickly lifting her hand in a diagonal fashion upwards, she would attempt to slash the man with strombreaker across his back starting from his lower right back, ending at his left shoulder.

Description: Apparition is a magical method of transportation based upon the actions of Summoning and Reverse Summoning jutsu. Appearing as the user being twisted and swirled into nothing within a swirling clear haze, accompanied with a loud rustling or rushing sound, while usually ending in a crack, as if the subject(s)t is being sucked into a vortex, one must be completely determined to reach one's destination, and move without haste, but with deliberation. After first determining a position, the user focuses his mind solely on said location before channeling Mahou. Similarly to Summoning, the user uses his magic to mark the location he wishes to travel to before breaking his body into pure mahou itself, dispersing and moving rapidly and reforming in the new location. While seemingly powerful, this has drawbacks on how fast it is performed and when the user reforms in his new location. The user, despite disappearing instantly, can only reform instantly within short range. If the user is attempting to reform within mid range, it is down near instantly, taking as much time as it takes to launch a kunai. When appearing in long range, there is a noticeable lag in between disappearing and reappearing, taking twice as long as previously, or in clearer terms the time it takes to form a normal jutsu.

Alternatively, through this jutsu, Dark Wizards are able to use their Dark Arts power to achieve unsupported flight. The user has the ability to turn into and emanate black smoke, especially from his cloak, allowing him to levitate, float, and shoot through the air, even while partially transformed into it. Moving at twice his speed, this allows a Dark Wizard a chance to afflict damage whilst moving through air at high speeds. While in this gaseous form however, they are susceptible to wind jutsu, being used to knock them out of the form. Flight is a passive B ranked ability, however usage of it means the user cannot Apparate within the next two turns or that same one.
Note: A ranked usage denotes a short to Mid range usage. After each usage, the user cannot use for four turns.
Note: S rank usage denotes a long range movement, preventing usage of this for three turns and F rank Mahou spells in the same turn. S ranked variant can only be used 3 times in all.
Note: Only Dark Wizards can achieve flight and by choosing to use this, they cannot Apparate for two turns for every one turn usage of it, meaning if flight is used for two turns, they wont be able to use Apparition for 4 turns.

Description: Stormbreaker is a axe created and enchanted multiple times by, for Hela, by Hela. It's handle doubles as a wand and is crafted with Elderwood - for its Dark Arts Specialty, Dragon heartstring - for its affinity to electricity, and chakra metal. This wand differs in appearance from more traditional wands, instead of looking like a yard stick, it resembles an axe used to chop trees. This wand is special because of the enchantments within it. One such enchantment being one that can absorb and contain electricity from foreign sources, and its allowed to do this because it was enchanted by the creator with mahou upon creation. (S rank and below once per turn). It can then release electricity during spells which add a paralysis effect to all projectile jutsu that emerge from the wand changing all jutsu colors to a light blue, similar to that of a lightning bolt. (1 turn paralysis). Not only is it capable of this, but also another special ability which makes this wand useful. Hela would bestow upon it another enchantment, allowing the user to passively recall the wand simply by wishing for it by their side. When the wand is in flight, it will move at lightning jutsu speed. While another enchantment on the axe has also been placed, this one causing damage to anyone who dares touch it while in the owners possession still. This pain is so unbearable that it will cause them to automatically drop the axe. With this being an actual axe ontop on being her wand, she can use it to cause damage by slashing an opponent. (Costs a move slot per turn to use and does S rank damage.)



Note: Similar to normal wand exchanges, Stormbreaker can be lost and transferred to a new Clan member but only via defeat of the wandholder.

Note: Absorption ability can only be used three times per battle with a cooldown of two turns

Note: Absorption ability cannot be used in the same turn that Stormbreaker is used to perform an S-rank melee attack

As the dust fell upon the earth Genji could feel its connection with his very exsistence, thanks to his Taijin. He could feel as the witch that had attacked him transported herself behind him using what seemed to be some teleportation technique. The dust was a useful technique as it not only provided the user of the technique with a smokescreen of sorts but the dust within the storm could be manipulated to make for defenses and attacks making the entire battle thing an extenstion of his body. So our young warrior would take advantage of this and form his counter assault just as soon as she manifested interrupting her attack.

With his hands already together from performing his earlier techniques Genji would inconspisously form another hand seal by shifting his fingers and wrist. Being that his hands were in front of him and Hela behind him this would be completely out of her line of vision. Genji would manipulate the falling dust just above and behind Hela, outside of her periphery shaping the dust into a condensed and sharp sword that would pierce through her skull and kill her. He would simultaneously brand this sword with a seal with the kanji for "Surge" this would propel the sword increasing its velocity and therefore the damage it could cause. This wasn't all, Genji would utilize his Yin Nature to manipulate the properties of this combination. The combination would be mute of any sound, and the sword would take on the properties of Titanium both its metallic appearance, density and hardness ensuring that once it hit its mark it would instantly incapacitate Hela.

Description: This is the most fundamental technique of the Pantheonic Dust element, the core foundation for how it functions. By focusing considerable amounts of chakra, the user is capable of creating a limitless amount of constructs, the detail and complexity only limited by their imagination and the amount of chakra they put forth. The structures include (and are not limited to) things like walls, swords, spheres, buildings, pillars, furniture, and more (these constructs are relatively basic in the sense that this technique can't be used to create sentient animals and things of that nature). These creations can be used defensively, in order to intercept attacks coming towards the user, offensively, creating swords, spikes and the like in order to pierce or ensnare the opponent, and supplementary, forming structures to benefit the user and his allies without affecting the opponent in any shape or form . Pantheonic Dust itself can be made with three methods, the first is from the body. By surging chakra through their person, the user is fully capable of creating a plethora of tools from their limbs, mouth, and the like. The Earth, this is done by using their chakra to grind the Earth into fine grain minerals that can be controlled with chakra (this can also be done with any Earthen based structures as well), and finally, through pre-existing PD structures the user has created prior. The size and strength of these creations fully depends on the rank of the version used, D-Rank structures obviously cannot exceed the size of your average A-Rank and so on. The Dust's elemental S/Ws apply as well, should the Dust come in contact with water or any liquid, it'll take on it's properties while retaining it's original shape and size (if the liquid was hot, the Gel will now be corrosive to the touch, capable of burning the opponent if they come in contact with it. If the liquid was cold, the Gel becomes more solid in nature, the coldness increasing it's density into something akin to solid rock).

Note: The S-Rank version can only be used three times with two turns between uses, and that and the A-Rank application require a handseal. The A-Rank variation can be used once per turn and if the S-Rank variant is used, no Pantheonic Dust Jutsu above A-Rank in the following turn

Description: The user manipulates a technique of the basic 5 elements with Yin nature, allowing him to change its properties. Fire can become solid. Lightning can become tangible. The possibilities are as endless as is the user’s own imagination. The end resulting technique is neutral to all basic elemental natures. This doesn't consume time since it’s actually a skill applied to a technique used at the same time.
Note: Yin Release masters can apply this technique to advanced fields, CE and advanced elements.
Note: Usable 3 times per battle and 6 times per event.

(Fuuinjutsu: Jaakuna Fuyu no Kaze) - Sealing Arts: Wicked Winter Winds

Description: Wicked Winter Winds is an advanced fuuinjutsu technique that is to be used in conjunction with another technique or even chakra-less attacks such as kunai etc, and is based on "Jet Booster" techniques utilized by those of the Sage Transformation Clan, upon using an offensive or even a defensive technique, the user will simultaneously lace this jutsu in a seal with the kanji for "Surge." The technique will than release a burst of chakra to propel the technique forwards at with a +20 DMG boost. The increased momentum can effectively increase the damage output of the technique, and can be used on techniques up to S Rank. This technique can be initiated just as the offensive of defensive technique is being formed so as to instantly be activated.
