Gaara creates and uses sand that is underground, He doesn't need to be in a desert to do so. He proved this during his fight with Kimi.
Even if she does attempt to do so, he can easily crush her legs/feet with a simply clench of his hand.
Even so before she can break free she gaara easily covers her whole body in sand, Just like he did with Kimi.

He wasn't keeping up with him, he barely had enough time to protect himself. That's not the same.

Not only was Gaara's sand keeping up with Kimi, he was defending himself at the same time. His defense wasn't even pressured when Kimi was countering attacking.

Gaara only did that by standing still and concentrating, which Sakura will never allow him to do.
His sand was easily broken through here[

]. Something that Sakura can definitely do. Gaara was slow enough to allow Naruto to summon Gamabunta so Sakura can brake out within that time.

What? It wasn't Gaara's sand that was keeping up with Kimi, it was Kimi who was keeping up with his sand. Not only this, he was able to dodge and attack at the same time.
Sakura can alter the battlefield with one punch or kick. Even if one of her limbs gets trapped, she can still release herself by punching/kicking the ground with her other limbs.
Gaara isn't winning this.
Your simply showing me CE Gaara's feets.
End of part one Gaara's sand has far better feats and hardness, As shown when fighting kimi. Don't use feats of a weaker Gaara when end of part one Gaara has superior feats.
Also you assume he needs to consentrate?. No. He can do it at will pretty easily.
In an instant he had created this much sand

Again you're using CE Gaara feats. End of part 1 Gaara covered Kimi in stand in seconds, No once but twice.
Gaara can fly and alter the battle field, So whats your point.
The only chance she stands of winning is not letting herself get caught (which she cannot do). Once she is caught it's over. Simple as that.
Once Gaara's sand has hold of her, He will very quickly cover her entire body in sand, Just like he did against Kimi. She isn't counting sand coffin nor can she prevent it once caught.
