I just like to point out, that Sakura that fought Sasori has the same speed in the DB as part 1 sasuke that was too fast for part 1 gaara.

I just want to point out end of part 1 Gaara has gotten way faster then the Gaara that fought sasuke and broke kimmimaru strongest bone which is stronger then anything Sakura has broken in shippuden and the war .... But since that slug is allowed and at this point Gaara hates his bijuu I either see katsuyu winning it for Sakura or shukaku coming out and fighting the slug which idk what would happen at tht point


Lastly not only was Gaara at the time able to handle kimmi base speed which if u check is significantly higher then sakura' he was easily able to counter both curse mark 1 speeds and curse mark 2 speeds as well.... If ur gonna post ignorant comments of a>b>c logic at least get it right

First of all, I don't see how Gaara was capable of getting 'way faster' when this happened merely a few weeks after the Chuunin Exams, if that much. If you truly believe that bone of Kimmimaro's is stronger than anything Sakura has broken in Shippuden, you're either ignoring her feats or are just oblivious to them.

Gaara wasn't able to 'counter' Kimmimaro's speed. Kimmimaro didn't even make an attack towards Gaara outside of his fingertip bullets until Gaara had launched four attacks (Sand Funeral, Sand Tsunami, Sand Burial, and another Sand Funeral) - he did nothing but dodge. When he did decide to simply run at Gaara in a linear fashion, Gaara was shown to be unable to react with anything other than a meager sand wall that got easily blitzed through. He was barely able to react to CM1.

Check your facts.

I really dnt know why ya'll say sakura will win, i mean sakura won't have time 2 summon katsuyuu, gaara is in sunagakure he have all the sand he wants 2 use, sakura is fast, but not faster than rocklee in his gates, rocklee was fast and very strong and he still lost 2 gaara, gaara wasn't even in sunagakure, if sakura "lands a hit" on gaara, she will just break his defense

Part 1 Gaara can't fly, he can only hover.

As I said though, with these stipulations Gaara most likely wins. I don't know why OP didn't balance it out more.
