Naruto dodged A's Fasted punch in V2 and Riakage even admitted that Only minato ever did that Meaning that Naruto is faster than Riakage.

BM naruto should be logically faster as well.

...It's a manga fact though..
He dodged one of the Raikage's fastest move in KCM, no doubt he's faster in BM since he's getting more chakra from Kurama.

Another idiotic thread trying to determine who is "faster" without specifying the means of such.

1 thing is max velocity, another thing is acceleration, and more importantly acceleration of reflexes.

All are important to determine the "fastest". Clearly Naruto isn't fast enough with his reflexes to match the raikage's acceleration. Raikage, however, can match Naruto's acceleration with his reflexes, but he just isn't fast enough.

So Naruto takes it on a whim, since he is faster in max speed and acceleration, and he probably improved even more from his long battles.

But if you made a countdown speed race over a 100 m, Raikage would win, because he reacts faster, and the difference in acceleration and max speed is minimal.

I already broke down their speed it more complicted to just say one is faster, since Naruto doesn't use speed the same way the raikage does and you must judge different types of speed like react,attack, running, ect. Why do you think A has hit Madara but Naruto has yet to do so?
