Form your arms and hands into 'sword-shape' and from swing them at your target's neck from both sides. The impact would cause your target to breathe heavily and become double visioned from the sheer shock. Remember to insert chakra.

As shown,I place my arms in a sorta sword figure,charging chakra into my arms,I them procede to slam my arms in the neck of the target,causing them to stop breathing normally,with the sheer force of chakra
