Asuna takes a stance where her feet are on the ground steadily channeling chakra around her body,she then takes a running start and jumps a few metres away into the air down a somersault and landing a kick while embeding her feet with chakra to target's left shoulder then its right shoulder,finally unleashing a powerful kick to the chest where more power is placed from the chakra into the kick sending the target flying backwards

The crane kick which I'm about to teach you is quite easy. Or well, not easy is easy - Anyways, let's get to it. Enter your normal battle stance, nd with your back leg, the one that's not infront move it up infront of you with a 45 degree angle, to build up power. In conjuction with doing so, you setoff with your other leg(Making a little jump), and let the other one down on the ground. The one you set off with, you simply direct it towards the neck area of your opponent.

After hearing instructions,Kanade takes on the stance shown to her,as she does she takes her time to flow into the center of her balance while on leg.Kanade sees the clone coming towards her,she instantly throwns up her feet jumping off the ground and transitioning her legs to have it land back again unleashing a her other feet hitting it in the neck

Form your palms in the shape of claws of sort. Jump forward grapping your head around the head - pull down whilst sending your knee up, using the upward and downward mometum to deliver a devasting blow to the skull of your opponent.

As instructed,I lean my weight taking a lower stance with my left foot in front and right foot in the back,reeling my right fist back to me channeling my wind chakra into the fist clenched.As I feel a right amount of chakra surging in my fist I can feel it is right enough,with a burst of chakra from my feet I dash towards the dummy,thrusting my fist right under his neck coated with my chakra sending him flying into the air as a burst of wind chakra sents him flying.
