EMS vs Rinnnegan, how big is the gap between them?

If the Rinnegan evolved from the EMS, then we all know that Rinnegan>EMS. But how big of a gap in power is there between EMS and the Rinnegan?

People say that EMS is fodder compared to the Rinnegan, so I was wondering, how big of a gap in strength and power is there between EMS and the Rinnegan?

The ems gives the user 4 extremely powerful techniques but also you have the abilities of the sharigan. Also seems to make the use of ems techniques less stressful on the users body/chakra.

The rennigan gives the user abilities far beyond that of a human

Well, I dont think Itachi was saying bullshit about EMS, so its also grants its user new kaleidoscope technique. Still, Rinnegan is definietly overall better Doujutsu.

I think Rinnegan is stronger than most EMS, but you cant deny the fact that Tsukuyomi and KotoAmatsukami can stop even the Rinnegan. I Believe Itachi could have beaten Nagato in a 1 vs 1. Not sure about Sasuke though
