EMS terrible logic

Ok to get EMS you need to transplant a different MS into your current MS. But how does one's body know if the new eyes they're getting are the fresh pair of eyes to unlock EMS but not that those are just thrown out eyes because yours got donated to the other guy for him to get his EMS. Like it can go like this:
1. 2 people with MS
2. They do eyes transplant
3. Both get EMS since technically they acquired a new pair of MS
4. ?????
5. Profit

Hope you guys get what I'm ralking about, kinda hard to explain.

You take someone's MS and literally force it into your eye socket, with your eye in (note: your MS HAS to be active or this won't work). If done correctly, it'll push your eye backwards into your skull, and their eye will be in the front. You'll see out their eye, and with yours touching their's from inside your skull, it activates the EMS.

Im pretty sure that the new eyes replace your old one's. Therefore you could switch eyes with your brother if he had ms, So sasuke and itachi could just switch eyes allowing them to both have ems at least thats how i see it.

Explain to me how Itachi still got the same MS after Sasuke took it? Or can he transform normal eyes into MS? In that case he'd be making money just selling MS, any Uchiha actually.

If you're talking about Edo Itachi having his MS, it's because you get revived at the point you died, except special cases, this has already been said.

When Madara was revived with Edo Tensei he got his eyes, even though they were transplanted into Nagato.

When Nagato was revived he had his eyes, even though Tobi had at least one in his right eye socket.

Edo Tensei simply revives the target in their prime, or the closest it can. Itachi, Madara and Nagato all getting their eyes in the form they had in their prime, simples.

Danzo saw this threat and pressured ANBU to get Itachi to kill them, since no others could.

It was indicated by Itachi that it has something to do with host and donor component mingling (The eyes in the host body finding new light statement)...... since the chakra in the brain causes the MS transformation and the donor eyes are supposed to retain powers from the owner (Look at Shisui's MS possessed by Danzo) which would logically lead to the host brain chakra to try and transform already powers foreign MS as its own and thus forming a hybrid ....... Also not mention the importance of having brothers (or any really close blood relative) eyes is a vital, cos the bond between brothers and theoretically the chakra similarity would create some kind of resonance effect (like how resonance and frequency acts) that would also empower the hybrid.

PS This is just my personal observation from the evidence seen in the manga. Thus may or may not close enough to the truth.
