Kamui is generally faster than Amaterasu when it comes to a MS VS another MS but this is EMS Sasuke we're talking about whose usage of amaterasu was much faster, probably twice as fast because it is a fusion of two MS eyes. Once amaterasu is cast, LoS is blocked so Kamui becomes useless. From there, Sasuke can busy himself with prepping Kirin.

Scenario one is an easy win for Sasuke as his EMS precog allowed him to land hits on the likes of Juubito and SM Madara. What feats does Kakashi have of coming close to Sasuke in CQC?

Sasuke's capabilties and reflexes were complimented by Madara whereas Madara literally trashed SM Naruto earlier and Sasuke displayed similar perceptive capabilities and reaction timing compared to BSM Naruto. War Arc Kakashi is very powerful, but he can't compare to EMS Sasuke.

And Sasuke absolutely wins against Kakashi due to having Susano'o and the fact that Kakashi uses Kamui fairly defensively.

Exactly, he put Madara in a position where he needed to block with his arm. EMS Sasuke's movements are far beyond Kakashi's league imo, and he has a sword with many times the range of Kakashi's kunai.

1 - Sasuke's movements were able to track Juubito and his movements forced Madara into a block. We only see Madara block when he cannot avoid, such as lightened Ay etc.. Sasuke lights him up.

Kakashi's CQC feats are fodderized by Sasuke's, allowing Sasuke to stomp scenario 1. Kakashi has been shown to be able to fight on par with Itachi in terms of Taijutsu. He has been sparring with the great Maito Gai for years (a taijutsu master) Kakashi is capable of incorporating Raikiri into his Taijutsu, which he can use without hand-seals; this will force most characters to be very careful in a CQC exchange. With the exception of numerous spars against Gai, Sasuke also holds all of these feats. Add on the the piles of Shinobi Sasuke wrecked in early Shippuden and he's overwhelms Kakashi. Sasuke rapes scenario 2, ABC Logic says EMS Sasuke>Itachi>Kakashi. Amaterasu keeps Kamui busy while Sasuke goes in to blitz with Susanoo arrows and Blaze Release.​
