The lava had no time to burn. It doesnt produce much for to break anything, it melts. The fact that it slid off and sasuke was hit in the room means nothing.
Sasuke doesn't have the arsenal of attacks madara has; yet the kages survived through it until he was ready to kill him. Madara split tsunade in half, with mokuton, to defeat her. Sasuke doesn't have mokuton or a rinnegan. Entons are blocked by gold.
Sasuke can't win
What is the difference between this:

? See Mei throwing the lava over the entirety of the area above Sasuke? All that lava lands right on top of him:

and he takes on Chojiro's attack right after it, and is mostly undamaged:

. And you are telling me, it didn't have 'time' to burn? In both the cases, the lava is sliding down like a sludge. A common manner in which lava behaves. Not only that, it's a full attack that slid from top to bottom. How are you suggesting it didn't have any time to burn, considering lava's slow movement and temperature?
I really don't see what's your point here in regards to Madara fight, as other than PS, all forms appear to provide the same defense. The manga doesn't create a distinction, hence you can't do so just because you want to. Only PS is the ultimate superior version, other than that all Susano'o forms are equal in terms of defense, whether it's Itachi's or Sasuke's, or Madara's.
And what? The gold starts to melt? Or a direct focused Amaterasu would spread through his gold? It will get wighed down and become even more sluggish, as I hardly doubt even you are lopsided enough to somehow venture that gold is faster than enton arrows or amaterasu. Even the thought is borderline preposterous.
Also your point about that Mist attack is not a sure shot factor:

. I don't see Madara commenting on anything in regards to his vision, and Kabuto is worried about Rinnegan.
