What is the strength level of Sasuke's legged susanoo?

Impossible to say as it's so subjective. Also it's pretty futile targetting the ‘best' when he's contributed words which have changed the English language. I'd say that's a darn sight better than any random collection of his greatest hits.

Susanoo can't be teleported as when Minato used ftg to teleport Naruto and Sasuke Sasume Susanoo was teleported with him. He ain't blitzing shit espet when Susanoo activation time is instant. Can't bypass his Susanoo and Enton beats any duiton techs. Tobirama.best bet is to run all day

As long as the user is connected to Susanoo its no different than them wearing clothes. Exceptions would be if a user moved independent of their susanoo.
