For me I think that even though Sasuke got stressed or even scared when Tobirama was intending to attack him, Sasuke would rape him in an actual battle.

Tobirama wins. Madara says Tobirama was the fastest ninja during their time period, and every single character faster than Sasuke has been able to avoid Amateratsu one way or the other. Along those same lines, most of Sasuke's jutsu work a lot like Ama where he needs an edge in speed/reaction to actually land a hit due to them being so precise. The only exception is probably when he starts attacking with his Susanoo, even then, the Susanoo's arrows fall to the same problem. So, as I see it, in CoQ Tobirama > Sasuke, then Sasuke's Susanoo is the only thing to consider. Tandem Paper Bomb should be able to take down Susanoo easily though.

The shortest answer is Amaterasu can be amassed to a point where the enemy can sense it but released later at a time they can’t. Tobirama wouldn’t know when the jutsu was actually being executed only that Sasuke was planning to use it at some point. Non of Tobiramas attacks could break through Susanoo and even if they could Amaterasu finishes the battle first. Sasuke wins in my opinion.

Susano'o can be activated mentally and h infinitely keeps it up. So he has to teleport the Susano'o which he won't before he gets caught up in Enton. Or Amaterasu which can light up the markings.

Not only is this wrong but it has nothing to do with what I said. The only thing accurate about anything you said was Madara is smarter than Sasuke and it’s debatable if that comes from pure intelligence or the age gap and experience. It’s even worse to use a failed attempt to kill Madara as a credible source for anything but a failed attempt to kill Madara.

Any surprise attack is blocked by Susanoo and if it’s encased in Enton he loses that hand to a failed attempt. Tobirama also can’t surprise attack Sasuke in the first place because he has to tag him to teleport directly to him which he can’t do with him protected by Susanoo. His best bet is throwing a kunai but Sasuke having knowledge of how FTG works disintegrates it with Amaterasu. The sharingan can also clearly perceive his opponents chakra so he will literally always know when Tobirama has marked something.
