I'd say sasuke if he would use his head anymore instead of being brute force. He most likely would lose all his chakra before finding nagato if he fought his 6 paths of pain. But if it was nagato alone it's still a toughie. But I still say nagato would win mostly because we have yet to see sasuke's EMs abilities.

With his EMS Sasuke definitely is supperior to Pain. We don't know much for sure, but we know that his Susanoo now is complete, that he can use it without taking a toll & that it can shoot arrows made of Amaterasu, which actually is a totally overpowered ability. In case of Nagato on his own it's a tough one, since Sasuke's Genjutsu is nothing but 'a far cry' from Itachi's masterful ilussions & he can absorb Amaterasu.

Let's just wait what else Sasuke is capable of doing with the power of his eternal Mangeyou.
