Ems sasuke vs raikage,and Omoi

Location:Raikage goes on a mission in the war to get a secret scroll from the Uchiha hideout and when he enters hideout he finds sasuke
Sasuke:Ems=can use ms abilities without going blind.gets Totsuka sealing sword,mirror shield,Shuriken from itachi's susano'o
His tsukyomi greatly increase but is on itachi's level :flaw:
His reaction speed is faster and better now (but he still have his normal speed movement)
And his defence is atleast 2x as strong
Raikage: Lighting armor (but has two arms)
Mindset: sasuke is calm and is going for the kill as quick as possible,Raikage yells to omoi saying im going in and doesnt care wad happens,angry and out of control
P.s. Iam not a sasuke fanboy,i am a naruto fanboy so you guys get it right please

Raikage because as we saw in sasuke vs kakashi, susanoo cant last for a long time and his vision is being trifled.
Edit: Just read that he can use EMS all he wants. If thats true, then sasuke in unbeatable.

He already used susano'o for to long and getting tired,fought all kages +kakashi.if it wasnt for karin and zests he would be long gone
