EMS low diff.
Oro doesn't have the speed to avoid ama-arrows.
Oro has nothing to penetrate susanoo.
Oro can survive at the very most 8 ama-arrows via body-vomit (forgot the name), and sasuke can launch arrows all day.

Sasuke would win this one probably, I mean he is OP now basically so idk why Edo is restricted. But it wouldn't be easy at all, Sasuke would still have to deal with hydra mode (idk if he can seal), Manda, others snakes and if it comes dwn to it poison.

Sasuke, his Susanoo, Amaterasu and Tsukoyomi, not to mention Chidori, Strong Fist and Kirin would beat Oro to the ground.
Orochiamru with minor difficulty. Considering the only reason Itachi beat Orchimaru with that last battle was because he had the sword of Totsuka and the Yata mirror. And since Sasuke posses none of those items and his genjutsu is a far cries form Itachis, Orochimaru would have no problem defeating him. And any ways this is an unfair battle because we have never seen Orochimaru at his best and go all out. And we haven't seen Sasukes ems.:izuna:

sasuke wins with mid difficulty oro cant stop sasuke's ms susanoo attack let alone his ems susanoo attacks and he cant avoid his genjutsu and he can get hit with amaterasu as long as he doesnt do that body changing jutsu

and why restrict edo tensei? this fight is like 2 vs 1 anyway...
i just don't like it when ppl decide to restrict ppls moves for little to no reason, and leave the opposing person with all their techs -_- doesn't make sense
i mean...you don't ever see ppl restricting CT from nagato...or meteors from madara...or rasenshuriken from naruto. edo tensei is simply a jutsu, whether you like it or not.
mind you, i'm not saying it would change the outcome of the battle (well against ms sasuke it most def will) but at least it would make it more interesting
