sasuke, since orochimaru's weakness is genjutsu. sasuke catches him in one and amaterasu would finish the job.

Prime Orochimaru with mid difficulty, he is flexible and could dodge the arrows the only new thing that sasuke has in EMS is amaterasu arrows and no blindness.It still takes his chakra and sasuke hasn't got that high chakra levels.

Tough Fight but since we really don't know what the abilities of Sasuke's EMS are yet. It's hard to make a good guess. Itachi was beaten by Sasuke, and Orochimaru couldn't defeat Itachi. This fight would be seriously long. Orochimaru is slippery and can snake his way around like in the naruto(w. nine tails cloak) vs. Orochimaru. It will be a long fight but in the end Orochimaru will run away, and Sasuke will be left the winner.
