Yes, I do understand where you're coming from. The only reason she did join was because of Nagato/Yahiko. But she has the power level regardless to be able to join the Akatsuki.

Or Sasuke wouldn't even let her use it - Amaterasu at the very beginning.

There's also Genjutsu. Sasuke has way too much for Konan. He takes this with low difficulty.

Sasori doesn't have prep time to make his puppets lol. Sasori can't randomly prep to make human puppets that he doesn't already have, besides if the OP restricts the bombs they're restricted either way.

Yeah it's entirely 100% circumstantial, Konan cannot randomly summon 600,000,000,000 paper bombs from nowhere.
