No it can't, the paper bombs come from every direction, Susano'o doesn't defend against under itself so Susano'o will be floating in a paper bomb ocean, the bottom of Susano'o has no protection so the bombs will just get around it. Even if they could, Sasuke would just be outlasted by the bombs and she doesn't have to detonate them all at once.

How, he's surrounded by paper bombs in every direction, Konan will just fly up to avoid them, he probably won't even be able to see her amidst all the bombs let alone use Amaterasu past all the bombs blocking him from her. I'm giving it to Konan on this one. The fact that she can actually manipulate that many paper bombs is still amazing, severely underrated ninja. I could see her putting up a good fight even without the trap laid out (but ultimately losing).

konan was hit by jiraiyas fireball and she didnt even notice. she is always in the RAIN village and her paper doesnt even get wet. i think this is because she can either be normal paper or make it hard like steel so everything that hits it just bounces off. and if she meets a strong enough attack, she can disperse completely into paper and scatter, reforming at another location. the hardened paper can form missiles and shurikens. with paper clones this means she can attack from all directions. if things get too difficult, she still has bombs mixed in with her paper, so combined with the metal shurikens, she can bombard people with a hail of bombs. since she has flight, this is easy. Konan has been shown to be able to produce and fold enough paper to mimic environmental surroundings, even a giant tree.

konans shown that she can travel along the ground as many sheets of paper then covering her opponent in them to blind and suffocate them. amaterasu and chidori wont even damage her since jiraiyas flame bomb and the rain of the rain village had no effect. sasuke will have to summon a hawk to even find her since she can make wings. plus the deadly surprise of when and how she will hit him with paper bombs since sharingan wont be able to tell.

She is in Akatsuki for a reason--because she's close to Nagato. Not because of her power or anything, although she's strong I just thought I'd correct you on that one
