I don't get it, when did it seem he needed PS to beat them?

- He pushed them to the max without it
- Gokage, already warn out with no PS in play, resort to what it seemed like their best combo
- Madara was about to get beaten, but busted out of their sealing attempt with V4
- Stabilizes the chakra resulting in PS and swings once to show off its power (the slash did minimal damage and nothing to hinder the Kage's fighting capabilities)
- After that it disappears and Madara clearly states he won't use it again. Literally, remove the part he turns V4 to PS and it would've still resulted in Madara beating them, because PS did nothing to the Kages - it wasn't what saved Madara from the final combo, it didn't do anything meaningful to them to allow Madara to win.

V4 being close to PS in power doesn't mean he actually needed PS's firepower, only something strong enough to break out of the Kages' seal, which V3 wasn't, V4 was, but is still not PS. So no, he didn't need PS to beat them, nor did he ever say that - "time for me to show you my full power". This is also supported by the fact that Madara beforehand let himself get Jinton'd to show Hashirama's face and lower their morale, while PS was meant to prove the massive difference between them.

can sasuke wins this with intel since sasuke will try to take out Ohnoi and Tsunade in first place.Madara was able to land hits on tsunade multiple times before bringing out wood clones so sasuke should be able to take her out with amaterasu

Even if he did bring it out again it doesn't mean he actually needed it. With the condition all the Kages were in, Madara needing PS to finish them off is a joke, unless he just wanted to end it quick and one-shot them which doesn't mean he couldn't beat them without it.

At the very worst scenario Madara easily outlasts since he already countered everything they threw at him with with V4 being the furthest they pushed him, and that was while they were on full chakra. Point that he doesn't need PS to beat them still stands.

I understand that but I think the original point was that they pushed him to use PS seeing as how they survived everything else he threw at them.

Enton/Ama is gets blocked by Gaara, and either Onoki + Tsunade or Onoki + Ei wipe him off the face of the earth. They have so many options here to erase him that it's not even funny. We won't even bring up hidden mist or Katsuyu.

I would think Gaara who can take him out of Susanoo and block enton is equally as threatening. Onoki isn't dropping as fast you are suggesting with Gaara present.
